BECTRAN has no responsibility for the content of any messages or information posted by users, or for the content of information of third parties on the Internet, even if accessed through the BECTRAN Application. However, BECTRAN retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any material that BECTRAN deems to be illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

In no event will BECTRAN or its affiliates be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or other damages for any use of or reliance upon the Information found at this Web Application, or on any other linked web Application, including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data, even if BECTRAN is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

BECTRAN, the BECTRAN logo and the names and content of BECTRAN products referenced in a BECTRAN Application are either trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of BECTRAN or its affiliates (BECTRAN IP). Other products and company names mentioned in a BECTRAN Application may be the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not use any BECTRAN IP without the consent of BECTRAN. You may not use, frame, or utilize framing techniques to enclose any BECTRAN IP, including the images found at this BECTRAN Application, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page without BECTRAN's consent. Except as noted above, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any BECTRAN IP or the intellectual property of any third party.

BECTRAN has the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without notice to you. Such amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review the BECTRAN Application periodically to be aware of any such amendments. Your continued use of a BECTRAN Application after such amendments have been made shall constitute acceptance of the amendments.

You may be able, through hypertext or other computer links, to gain access to other Applications on the Internet that are not part of the BECTRAN Application. BECTRAN makes no representations, warranties or endorsements with respect to any web Application that may be accessed from a BECTRAN Application. When you access a NON BECTRAN Application, please understand that BECTRAN has no control over the content or information at that Application. It is your responsibility to protect your system from such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature.

No part of the BECTRAN Application may be reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form or manner without the prior written permission of BECTRAN; provided no such permission is necessary in connection with the fair use of excerpts of freely available (i.e., available to any visitor to the BECTRAN Application without any requirement of registration or payment of fees) information on the BECTRAN Application regarding descriptions of BECTRAN and its products and services.

YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS OF USE MAY BE USED TO INFORM CREDIT DETERMINATIONS AND MAY BE PROVIDED TO OUR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS TO INFORM ANY SUCH DETERMINATIONS, INCLUDING HISTORICAL INFORMATION PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED.
